What is the quality of the digital downloads?
Every file is exported at a high-resolution ~ 300 DPI ~ to ensure professional-grade printing. Most of my works are mastered at 6000px on the longest side. However, because my process involves "reclaiming" subjects and layering them with gritty, organic textures, some files may have a slightly lower pixel count to preserve the artistic integrity of the textures.
What is the maximum size I can print?
I have personally vetted every file in my shop. I guarantee that every image, regardless of its specific pixel dimensions, will produce a crisp, beautiful print at A3 size (29.7 x 42.0 cm) but you can go bigger A2 size (42.0 × 59.4cm) for example, and these prints will look great as long as a suitable viewing distance is maintained.
Why do some images look "grainy" or "textured"?
That is intention! My mission is to find beauty in the weathered and the worn. I often layer my subjects with textures of salt-beaten wood, rusted metal, or old graffiti. These "imperfections" are a core part of my artwork's soul and are designed to look stunning when printed on high-quality matte or rag paper.
What paper do you recommend for printing?
Because my work focuses on "Quiet Elegance" and "Gritty Textures," I highly recommend using a heavyweight Matte or Giclée Fine Art paper. These papers absorb the ink in a way that highlights the depth of the textures without the distracting glare of a glossy finish.
